The short cooldown time means you can harvest this deco multiple times a day. Usually the leafbugs give honeydew coins, but occasionally you get to bag an expansion material or even Glowbucks!

 Once again, this ability is just another cosmetic effect that is pretty to look at. Even the first deco is more useful, but I gotta say this Leopard trail looks kinda wild~! xD
